Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 Working days to process your order. Expect an email within 24hrs to let you know your order is on the way!

It will take a minimum of 1-2 days and Maximum of 8-10 days for the delivery of shipment.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10AM to 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 Working days using shipping partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom express, DTDC etc.
Flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 70 applies to COD orders.
We do not ship outside of India at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

All the Prepaid orders have Free shipping, however there is a charge of Rs. 70 as shipping on COD.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at support@cultureshauq.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
